  • Sherwood Junior Baseball runs 100% on volunteers and we are always looking for more.

Coaches/Assistant coaches will be contacted by their level coordinators in January. We will not make official asks of coaches until the first evaluation has concluded and players have been leveled to their appropriate divisions.

Coaching isn’t the only opportunity to support our league. Our board has many openings to fill and multiple committees that support our ongoing growth. Please reach out if you have an interest in volunteering.

Additionally, in 2026 we will be requiring all families to volunteer 2 hours over the course of the season. Either at Field day or at one of our three Tournaments.

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due upon registration.

The full fee for the season is due by the first tryout/evaluation date your player attends. If you decide that SJBO isn’t the league for you before evaluations, then we will refund up to 50% of the registration fee. Once tryouts/evaluations have taken place, or rosters announced, whichever comes first, no refunds will be honored.

We do realize that there are extenuating circumstances that necessitate a refund. In those cases, please reach out to registrar@sherwoodjuniorbaseball.com for assistance.

  • SJBO never wants the cost of playing baseball to be the reason a player sits a season out.

If your family needs financial assistance, please complete the following scholarship application for Competitive players by January 15, 2026, and March 1 for Recreational players for consideration.
