Registration Information

Fees - 2020 Spring Season

T-ball (kindergarten): $75
Rookies (formerly Minors) (1st & 2nd Grade): $100
Futures (formerly Majors) (2nd & 3rd Grade): $125
Minors (formerly Midgets) (3rd & 4th Grade): $225
Juniors (5th & 6th Grade): $250
Seniors (7th & 8th Grade): $275

A portion of the registration fee can be recouped through fundraising, by selling raffle tickets.

2020 Player Registration (K-8th Grade)

Welcome to Sherwood Junior Baseball!

Registration for the 2020 Spring baseball season opens December 15, 2019, and ends January 31st, 2020 for Minors through Seniors. Registration for Tee Ball, Rookies, and Futures will end March 1, 2020  Payment is due at the time of registration. To register for the 2020 season you will need to login to your account (top right corner-login). If you do not have an account on our site you will need to register for a free account (top right corner-register).

PLEASE NOTE: Registration is on a first come, first served basis, and is heavily dependent on volunteers to coach. A shortage of volunteers may result in players being unable to play. Please consider volunteering to coach! 

League level eligibility will be determined by player's current grade in school. 

Registration fees for T-Ball, Rookies, and Futures include team shirts and hats for players. All players will be responsible for their own game pants and socks.  

Registration fees for the Minor, Junior and Senior levels include one hat and two personalized game jerseys that the participant will keep.We will use due diligence to ensure correct spelling, however parental section here will be the deciding factor.  All players will be responsible for their own game pants, socks, and belt.

Refund Policy: Cancellations made prior to the close of Registration will receive a 100% refund of payment. Cancellations made after close of Registration, but before Evaluations (or formation of teams for recreational levels of play) will receive 50% refund of payment. Cancellations made after Evaluations (or formation of teams for recreational levels of play) will not receive a refund.

Minor, Junior, and Senior levels each have three competitive levels of play: National, American, and Federal. The Federal level is the most competitive. Players will be responsible for bringing their own helmet, bat, and glove to evaluations and tryouts. 

Federal Level team evaluations will be held in December 2019 with second-look tryouts by invitation to be held in January 2020. 
NEW for the 2020 season!! Federal level evaluations are OPEN. Anyone wishing to tryout for a Federal level team may sign up to do so. All players who sign up will participate in evaluations in December..After evaluations, the coaches will invite players for a second-look and to try out for the team in January. From this tryout, coaches will draft their teams. 

American & National team evaluations and coach try-outs will be held in February 2020. 

All evaluations are closed to parents and other spectators. Tryouts are open to parents and other spectators. 

Evaluation & Tryout schedules will be posted on our website under the calendar links and emailed to you after you've registered.

Registration Instructions

In order to view the variety of programs we have available for players you will need to first create an account on this system (via the Register link on in the upper right corner), or if you already have an account, log in with your username and password. After logging in, you will need to add your player as a participant in the system. The available programs to sign up for will become available based on the registered participant's birthday. Note: If your child is old or young for his grade, the appropriate program may not accurately populate. Please contact the Registrar for assistance. 

You can follow the step-by-step instructions and or watch the video tutorial below.

1. Create an account on this site via the Register link (upper right corner). OR log in with an existing account.
2. Add your contact info.
3. Add participant info (your child's info if you are registering a player, or your info if registering as a coach).
4. Select division to register for based on your child's current grade in school.
5. Enter registration info.
6. Submit payment (for player registrations).
